What the 12‑Week Incubation Covers
Over twelve intensive weeks, BBIncubator helps founders validate markets, build credible MVPs, craft compelling narratives, and establish repeatable growth. You’ll stress‑test your business model, prioritize features with real users, and develop a go‑to‑market plan grounded in research and measurable traction. Our mentors—operators across product, engineering, design, finance, and investment—help you make sharper decisions and avoid common pitfalls. The outcome is a stronger venture: clearer positioning, faster iteration cycles, higher signal from customers, and investor‑ready materials.
Weekly themes typically include problem/solution fit, ICP and segmentation, value proposition and messaging, MVP design and delivery, analytics and activation, pricing and unit economics, compliance and risk, sales process and partnerships, and fundraising strategy. By the end, you’ll have a refined pitch deck, a defensible financial model, a clean data room, and a practical roadmap for the next 6–12 months. With access to our partner network, you’ll secure pilots, distribution channels, or strategic conversations that accelerate your path to product‑market fit and investment.
